Every tech product has an "origin story," but ours didn't start in a Silicon Valley garage. It started in the high-stakes world of emergency services.

Before founding EOPE, Priidik Roos began his career as a firefighter, later transitioning into workplace safety training. In both roles, he ran into the exact same wall: how do you deliver critical, life-saving knowledge consistently to large groups of people without losing quality?

When critical information isn't retained in firefighting or industrial safety, the consequences aren't just administrative—they are real-world risks.

Together with Henry and Jarmo, Priidik founded EOPE to solve this exact problem.

The Milestone: 7,500 Learners a Year

Today, EOPE delivers digital safety and workplace training to around 7,500 people every year.

Through this journey, we proved two key hypotheses:

Companies desperately need reliable, scalable training.
Traditional e-learning is fundamentally broken.

Even modern learning platforms still suffer from the same ancient flaws: courses are static, expensive to produce, and treated as a one-size-fits-all document where every learner receives the exact same path regardless of their existing experience.

We knew there had to be a better way.
